PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device that can inhibit shortage of pressurization responsiveness of a wheel cylinder, and to provide a method for controlling a brake device and a brake system.SOLUTION: A brake device includes: a stroke simulator connected to a master cylinder and capable of generating pseudo-manipulation reaction force of a brake operation member; and a shutoff valve 21 provided in a connection liquid passage on a side of a wheel cylinder. The brake device delays the timing of closing a valve from an open valve state for the shutoff valve when operation speed of the brake operation member is high relative to that when it is low.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】ホイルシリンダの加圧応答性の不足を抑制できるブレーキ装置、ブレーキ装置の制御方法およびブレーキシステムを提供する。【解決手段】マスタシリンダに接続し、ブレーキ操作部材の擬似操作反力を生成可能なストロークシミュレータと、ホイルシリンダの側の接続液路に設けられた遮断弁21を備え、ブレーキ操作部材の操作速度が高い場合は低い場合よりも前記遮断弁を開弁から閉弁にするタイミングを遅らせる。【選択図】図2
