PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic absorbent which is thinner, lighter, and excellent in sound absorbency with low frequencies.SOLUTION: An acoustic absorbent 100 has a laminate structure sequentially including a penetration layer 10A, a first porous layer 10B, a second penetration layer 20A, and a second porous layer 20B. The first penetration layer has a plurality of through-holes 1a in a thickness direction, the second penetration layer has a plurality of through-holes 2a in a thickness direction, and the first penetration layer has a thickness of less than 1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
