PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake having a motion conversion mechanism with a new configuration enabling a reduction of inconvenience, for example, a further reduction of a motor load.SOLUTION: A vehicular brake includes, for example: a motion conversion mechanism with a rotating member and a linear motion member; a one-way clutch that has a first rotation transmission section rotated in cooperation with a shaft of a motor and a second rotation transmission section rotated in cooperation with the rotating member, transmits rotation to the second rotation transmission section when the rotation is input from a shaft side of the motor to the first rotation transmission section and locks the rotation of the second rotation transmission section when rotational force is generated in the second rotation transmission member by input from the linear motion member; and a control section for performing control to rotate the motor and performing control to stop the motor on the basis of an increase in load of the motor corresponding to an increase in operation resistance in an operating portion from the shaft to the linear motion member when the linear motion member reaches a release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】例えば、モータの負荷をより小さくすることが可能となるなど、より不都合の少ない新規な構成の運動変換機構を有した車両用ブレーキを得る。【解決手段】車両用ブレーキは、例えば、回転部材と直動部材とを有した運動変換機構と、モータのシャフトと連動して回転する第一回転伝達部と、回転部材と連動して回転する第二回転伝達部とを有し、モータのシャフト側から第一回転伝達部に回転が入力された場合には第二回転伝達部へ回転を伝達し、直動部材からの入力により第二回転伝達部に回転力が発生した場合には当該第二回転伝達部の回転をロックするワンウエイクラッチと、モータを回転するよう制御するとともに、直動部材が解除位置に到達する際のシャフトから直動部材までの動作部分における動作抵抗の増大に応じたモータの負荷の増大に基づいてモータを停止するよう制御する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図5
