PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure which can suppress an inclination of a first member to a second member at the pressure-insertion of an axial side spline and a hole side spline.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 10 fastens a first member 1 and a second member 2 by using a screw member 3. The first member 1 comprises a fastening part 1b. An axial side spline 1f is formed at an external periphery of the fastening part 1b, and an introduction internal peripheral face 1i extending along an axial line direction is formed at a tip of a screw thread 1h of a screw hole 1c. In the second member 2, a hole side spline 2d which is pressure-inserted into and engaged with the axial side spline 1f is formed, and an abutted face 2f orthogonal to the axial line direction is formed. In the screw member 3, a head part 3h and a shaft part 3c are formed. In the head part 3h, an abutment face 3d abutting on the abutted face 2f is formed while extending to a direction intersecting with the axial line direction, and a guide fitting part 3f which is fit to the introduction internal peripheral face 1i is formed at a tip of the shaft part 3c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
