PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship that can decrease the subsidiary boiler load as much as possible when the exhaust gas derived from the subsidiary boiler is supplied into the storage tank as inert gas.SOLUTION: The ship provides a crude oil tank 4 to store crude oil, a subsidiary boiler 10, a chimney 12 to discharge the exhaust gas generated by the subsidiary boiler 10 to the outboard, a fan 13 for inert gas taking out the exhaust gas from an extracting position 39 in the middle of the chimney 12 and supplying the exhaust gas to the crude oil tank 4, and an exhaust gas damper 18 to control the exhaust gas flow-rate so that the exhaust gas flow rate flowing to the outboard through the chimney 12 becomes greater than or equal to zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
