PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times that switching is carried out as a clutch mechanism whole by constantly connecting a clutch mechanism for one position adjustment mechanism, in a seat derive device in which a plurality of position adjustment mechanisms are selectively actuated by a single motor and output of the motor is distributed to each position adjustment mechanism via its respective clutch mechanism.SOLUTION: A seat drive device comprises: a clutch operation mechanism 30 that switches each of a plurality of clutch mechanisms 40S and so on to a connection state or a non-connection state in response to an operation force of linear movement of an operation handle 110; and a switch operation mechanism 60 that switches a switch 70 in response to an operation force of rotation movement of the operation handle 110. The operation handle 110 comprises return means 90 that is urged to return to a reference position at all times in an operation-cancelled state. In the reference position, the clutch operation mechanism 30 brings the clutch mechanism 40S to a connected state, and the other clutch mechanisms 40L and so on to a non-connected state.     【課題】単一のモータにより複数の位置調整機構が選択的に作動され、モータの出力をクラッチ機構を介して各位置調整機構に分配するシート駆動装置において、一つの位置調整機構のクラッチ機構は常時接続とすることにより、クラッチ機構全体としての切り換え回数を抑制する。【解決手段】操作ハンドル110の直線移動の操作力を受けて、複数のクラッチ機構40S等のそれぞれを接続状態又は非接続状態に切り換え操作するクラッチ操作機構30と、操作ハンドル110の回転移動の操作力を受けて、スイッチ70を切り換え操作するスイッチ操作機構60とを備える。操作ハンドル110は、操作解除状態では、常に基準位置に戻るように付勢するリターン手段90を備える。基準位置において、クラッチ操作機構30は、クラッチ機構40Sを接続状態とし、他のクラッチ機構40L等を非接続状態とし、スイッチ操作機構60は、モータ80を非通電状態とする。【選択図】図2
