PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility for an auxiliary machine to directly interfere a seat when side collision occurs.SOLUTION: An arrangement structure has DCM brackets 10, 20 to which an auxiliary machine (DCM 2) disposed between seats 3R and 3L arranged in a vehicle width direction in a vehicle body is attached and which are fixed to the vehicle body. The DCM 2 has a harness connection part to which a harness is connected and which is arranged in the way that the harness connection part is positioned on one seat 3L side. The DCM brackets 10, 20 has formed therein a base surface, a pair of vertical wall parts provided in an erection manner between the DCM 2 and the respective seats 3R, 3L in the way that they separate in a vehicle width direction with respective to the base surface, and a rib across the harness side vertical wall part and the base surface in the harness side vertical wall part on the side nearer the harness connection part of the DCM 2 of the pair of vertical wall parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
