PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing sailing resistance of a vessel and turnabout assistance of the vessel.SOLUTION: This invention is capable of reducing energy consumption by increasing advancing speed of a vessel by being attached with at least one control valve or a rectifying guide device with one three-way tube on a forward end of bow below a forward draft line, each communicating with front side of bow, port side, and right side, capable of steering their deflection from a vessel maneuvering controller, having water flow into the three-way tube on forward end of vessel, and each flow out through branching tubes on both sides. When the valve (or the rectifying guide device) is positioned in the center of the three-way tube, the water flow flows out through the branching tube averagely on both sides without imparting influence on the navigation direction, and when the water flow is deflected to the branching tube on one side by them, the vessel is capable of being turned in the opposite direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】船舶の航行抵抗低減及び船舶の方向転換補助が可能な装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、船首喫水線下の前端に1台の三方向管が設けられ、それぞれ船首の正面側と、左舷と、右舷とへ連通し、少なくとも1つの制御バルブまたは整流案内装置が取り付けられ、操船制御台からそれらの偏向を操縦することができ、水が船首前端の三方向管に流入し、両側の分岐管を経てそれぞれ流れ出ることで、船首の圧力抵抗を低下させることにより、船舶の進行速度を増加させ、エネルギー消費を低減させることができる。バルブ(または整流案内装置)が三方向管の中央に位置する場合、水流が平均的に両側の分岐管を流通して流れ出て、船舶の航行方向に影響を与えることなく、それらによって水流を一側の分岐管に偏向させる場合には、船舶を反対側の方向に転換させることができる。【選択図】図1
