PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector capable of restraining wayside noise by the minimum current collector number with a simple structure.SOLUTION: When a vehicle 5 travels in the advance direction D, a current collector 6 switches a front side framework 8A to an ascent state, and the current collector 6 switches a rear side framework 8B to a descent state. Thus, the framework 8A becomes the ascent state in the streaming direction where a framework 8A side joint part 8d is positioned on the front side in the advance direction, and noise generated from the framework 8A is reduced. While, when the vehicle 5 travels in the inverse direction of the advance direction D, the current collector 6 switches the front side framework 8B to the ascent state, and the current collector 6 switches the rear side framework 8A to the descent state. Thus, the framework 8B becomes the ascent state in the streaming direction where the framework 8B side joint part 8d is positioned on the front side in the advance direction, and the noise generated from the framework 8B is reduced.     【課題】簡単な構造で最小限の集電装置数によって沿線騒音を抑制することができる集電装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両5が進行方向D1に走行するときには、前側の枠組8Aを集電装置6が上昇状態に切り替えて、後側の枠組8Bを集電装置6が下降状態に切り替える。このため、枠組8A側の関節部8dが進行方向前側に位置するなびき方向で枠組8Aが上昇状態になり、枠組8Aから発生する騒音が低減する。一方、車両5が進行方向D1とは逆方向に走行するときには、前側の枠組8Bを集電装置6が上昇状態に切り替えて、後側の枠組8Aを集電装置6が下降状態に切り替える。このため、枠組8B側の関節部8dが進行方向前側に位置するなびき方向で枠組8Bが上昇状態になり、枠組8Bから発生する騒音が低減する。その結果、最小限の集電装置6の設置台数によって沿線に放射する騒音を抑制することができる。【選択図】図6
