PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of effectively suppressing reduction in cooling efficiency of a battery, and a working machine including the same.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 includes: a plurality of batteries 2; a housing 3 constituting an internal space surrounded by a plurality of wall surfaces 31, 32, 33 and storing the battery 2 in an internal space; and a blower 5 for blowing out air. Between the wall surfaces 32, 33 and the battery, an air passage 30 is formed in which air blown from the blower 5 and guided by the battery flows. The wall surfaces 32, 33 constituting the air passage 30 have a direction changing portion 30a for changing the passage direction of the air passage 30. A heat insulating portion 47 is provided in a portion including at least the direction changing portion 30a of the wall surfaces 32, 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
