PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which it is possible to measure the weight of a vehicle and accurately calculate the speed of this vehicle.SOLUTION: A plurality of axle load sensors 3a-3d arranged in line in the traveling direction of a vehicle are connected to an axle load sensor connection unit 11, to which the measurement signals of the axle load sensors 3a-3d are inputted. Vehicle detection sensors 2i, 2o arranged on the upstream and/or the downstream side of the plurality of axle load sensors 3a-3d being in line in the traveling direction of a vehicle are connected to a vehicle detection sensor connection unit 12, to which the detection signals of the vehicle detection sensors 2i, 2o are inputted. A weight calculation function unit 31 processes the measurement signals of the axle load sensors 3a-3d connected to the axle load connection unit 11 and calculates the weight of the vehicle detected by the vehicle detection sensors 2i, 2o. A speed calculation function unit 33 calculates, on the basis of a target section speed, the passage time of the vehicle when it has passed by the vehicle detection sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
