PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management apparatus capable of easily grasping a portion where over speed is likely to occur.SOLUTION: An operation management apparatus is comprised of: a vehicle speed information acquisition unit that acquires vehicle speed information of a delivery vehicle in association with position information; a point identification unit that specifies a point at which the delivery vehicle has traveled beyond a predetermined speed on the basis of the acquired vehicle speed information; a map information acquisition unit that acquires map information; an image signal generation unit that generates an image signal on the basis of the acquired map information; and a display unit that displays a map image 4492 corresponding to the image signal generated by the image signal generation unit.
