PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely specify a position of a mobile communication terminal in a short time to precisely determine a degree of risk of collision of mobile bodies with each other.SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 2 receives a GNSS signal from a GNSS satellite 9, measures a distance between a satellite and an own terminal using the GNSS signal to acquire distance information, and transmit the acquired distance information to a server 3. On receiving the distance information from a reference station 14, the server 3 acquires the received distance information as reference station information. On receiving the distance information from the mobile communication terminal 2, the server 3 identifies a position of the mobile communication terminal 2 using the received distance information and the reference station information to determine a degree of risk of collision between mobile bodies with each other using a position of a plurality of mobile communication terminals 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】移動体通信端末の位置を短時間で精度良く特定し、移動体同士の衝突の危険度を精度良く判定する。【解決手段】移動体通信端末2は、GNSS衛星9からGNSS信号を受信し、GNSS信号を用いて衛星と自端末との間の距離を測定して距離情報を取得し、その取得した距離情報をサーバ3に送信する。サーバ3は、基準局14から距離情報を受信すると、その受信した距離情報を基準局情報として取得し、移動体通信端末2から距離情報を受信すると、その受信した距離情報と基準局情報とを用いて移動体通信端末2の位置を特定し、複数の移動体通信端末2の位置を用いて移動体同士の衝突の危険度を判定する。【選択図】図1
