PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide information on an appropriate drive instruction in accordance with a user to be a driver.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 includes a drive information acquisition unit 18 that functions as an information acquisition unit for acquiring information on emotion, driving skill, and body conditions of a rider (a user), and a biological information acquisition unit 19. A calculation unit 33 of a server 31 functions as an estimation unit for estimating emotion, driving skill, and body conditions in accordance with the acquired information and functions as an information provision unit for providing a rider 3 with information in accordance with combination of the estimated emotion, driving skill, and body conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
