PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange model which can properly adjust a temperature of a temperature adjustment object without causing the deterioration of the productivity of a temperature adjustment device.SOLUTION: A heat medium passage 50a for making cooling water for cooling a battery 80 circulate is formed in a case 51, and the heat medium passage 50a is defined to a heat exchange side passage 50b and a bypass passage 50c. Then, a heat exchange part 52 for exchanging heat between a refrigerant of a refrigeration cycle device 10 and the cooling water is arranged in the heat exchange side passage 50b, and a valve 53 being a flow rate adjustment part for adjusting a flow rate ratio of a heat exchange side flow rate of the cooling water flowing to the heat exchange side passage 50b and a bypass side flow rate of the cooling water flowing to the bypass passage 50c is arranged in the case 51. By this constitution, a flow rate of the cooling water for exchanging heat with the refrigerant can be properly adjusted by the heat exchange part 52 irrespective of the flow rate of the cooling water circulating in the heat medium passage 50a without adding a bypass passage or the like to a heat medium circuit of a temperature adjustment device 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】温度調整装置の生産性の悪化を招くことなく、温度調整対象物の温度を適切に調整可能な熱交換モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】ケース51の内部にバッテリ80を冷却する冷却水を流通させる熱媒体通路50aを形成し、熱媒体通路50aを熱交換側通路50bおよび迂回通路50cに区画する。さらに、熱交換側通路50b内に冷凍サイクル装置10の冷媒と冷却水とを熱交換させる熱交換部52を配置するとともに、ケース51内に熱交換側通路50bへ流入させる冷却水の熱交換側流量と迂回通路50cへ流入させる冷却水の迂回側流量の流量比を調整する流量調整部であるバルブ53を配置する。これにより、温度調整装置1の熱媒体回路にバイパス通路等を追加することなく、熱媒体通路50aを流通する冷却水の流量によらず、熱交換部52にて冷媒と熱交換する冷却水の流量を適切に調整できる。【選択図】図2
