PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile hood so designed that the hood does not break and fragments thereof do not fly upon application of impact force of a collision or the like.SOLUTION: A continuous fiber yarn composed of a material having large fracture elongation is arranged so as to connect between a hinge position for opening/closing a hood and a striker position for opening/closing and locking the hood. With this arrangement, the continuous fiber yarn does not break and fragments thereof do not fly when the hood is subjected to center-folding deformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】衝突時などの衝撃力が加わった際に破断せず破片が飛び散らないようにした自動車フードを提供する。【解決手段】破断伸度の大きい材料から成る連続繊維糸条を、フード開閉のためのヒンジ位置とフード開閉係止のためのストライカ位置との間を結ぶように配置することにより、フードが中折れ変形する際に、連続繊維糸条が破断せず破片が飛散しない。【選択図】図1
