PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTO transmission device capable of preventing direct transmission of heat which is generated in a transmission case to a shift mechanism case, for preventing overheat in the shift mechanism case.SOLUTION: There is provided a PTO transmission device which can be attached to a PTO shaft which protrudes from a transmission case, comprising: a shift mechanism which can be connected to the PTO shaft; a shift mechanism case which stores the shift mechanism; and a bracket which can be attached to the transmission case, and support the shift mechanism case in a state of being separated from the transmission case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
