PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimotion device with a bilge keel having improved strength and a vessel provided with the same.SOLUTION: An antimotion device includes: a hull 1, a fin stabilizer 3 provided on an outer surface of the hull 1; a front bilge keel 21 provided in front of the fin stabilizer 3 in direction of travel of the hull 1; and a back bilge keel 22 provided behind. The front bilge keel 21 has: a plate shaped keel body 21A provided on an outer surface extending from the front to the back as well as extending in the direction projecting from the outer surface; and an enlarged unit 21B provided on an edge unit on the opposite side as the outer surface on the keel body 21A and with the size in the normal direction to the surface with the greatest plate shaped area in the keel body 21A being greater than other portions of the keel body 21A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
