PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness assembly capable of obtaining high sound absorbency in a wide frequency band width.SOLUTION: A wiring harness assembly includes: soundproof material for an automobile obtained by laminating a flexible porous body and a sheet-like body; and a wiring harness which is arranged in the order of the porous body, the wiring harness, and the sheet-like body. In the wiring harness assembly, a plurality of through-holes are provided on a part of the sheet-like body where the wiring harness is not arranged, and opening ratio of the sheet-like body is within a range of 3% to 40%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
