PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can reduce risks that a function of a traffic signal controller may be damaged, even in a situation where the traffic signal controller submerges.SOLUTION: Packing arrangement surfaces 45 are provided at outer peripheral edges inside a door main body 41, more specifically, regions sandwiched between door sides 43 and reinforcement ribs 47. The width of the packing arrangement surfaces 45 is set so that pressure surfaces 24 are fitted to a main door 40 when the door is closed. on the packing arrangement surface 45 is arranged one round string-like packing 44 formed of nitrile rubber (NBR) and the like. When the main door 40 is closed, the pressure surfaces 24 of front openings 21 are fitted to regions respectively between the door sides 43 and the reinforcement ribs 47, that are the packing arrangement surfaces 45. In a state where a lock for the main door is fixed, the pressure surfaces 24 firmly pressure-welds and then crushes the packings 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
