PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain such a phenomenon in a fuel cell system for a vehicle, that the moisture remains in the gas passageway in a fuel cell, while leaving the vehicle, and freezes at the time of cryogenic temperature.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 10 includes a secondary battery 61 for storing the power generated from a fuel cell, and a purge processing execution unit 21 being driven with power of the secondary battery 61, and executing purge processing of the fuel cell by controlling a gas supply section for feeding purge gas to the gas passageway in the fuel cell. When the measured value of temperature of the fuel cell goes below a prescribed temperature after receiving an instruction of fuel cell operation stop, the purge processing execution unit 21 calculates an allowable power for purge by using the deterioration state of the secondary cell, the residual quantity of charge and the measured value of temperature of the secondary cell, and limits the extractable power of the secondary cell to the allowable power for purge thus executing purge processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両用燃料電池システムにおいて、車両の放置中に、燃料電池内のガス流路において水分が残留して低温時に凍結することを抑制することである。【解決手段】燃料電池システム10は、燃料電池で発電した電力を蓄電する二次電池61と、二次電池61の電力で駆動され、燃料電池の内部のガス流路にパージガスを流すガス供給部を制御して、燃料電池のパージ処理を実行させるパージ処理実行部21とを含む。パージ処理実行部21は、燃料電池の運転停止の指示を受けた後に燃料電池の温度の測定値が所定温度以下になった場合において、二次電池の劣化状態、充電残量及び二次電池温度の測定値を用いてパージ用許容電力を算出し二次電池の取り出し可能電力をパージ用許容電力に制限してパージ処理を実行させる。【選択図】図1
