PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure vessel capable of accommodating high-pressure fluid without reducing the inner volume.SOLUTION: A body portion 20 includes: a liner 24 formed to have a cylindrical shape; and a reinforcement layer 26 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the liner 24 to reinforce the liner 24. A ferrule 22 inserted into the body portion 20 includes: an abutment section 28 caused to abut on the inner peripheral surface of the liner 24; a through hole 90 for communicating inside and outside of the body portion 20; and a serrated portion 60. Since the serrated portion 60 is pressed on the radial outer side of the body portion 20 and thus bites into the reinforcement layer 26, movement of the ferrule 22 in the axial direction is suppressed. Thus, when a load is input to the ferrule 22 in the axial direction, the load is transmitted to the reinforcement layer 26, so as to reduce the load applied from the ferrule 22 to the liner 24. Therefore, since the thickness of the liner 24 can be reduced, high-pressure fluid can be accommodated without reducing the inner volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】内部の容積を減少させることなく高圧の流体を収容することができる高圧容器を得る。【解決手段】胴体部20は、円筒状に形成されたライナ24と、ライナ24の外周面に設けられかつライナ24を補強する補強層26を有している。胴体部20の内部に挿入された口金22は、ライナ24の内周面に当接される当接部28と、胴体部20の内部と外部とを連通する貫通孔90と、鋸歯部60を有している。この鋸歯部60は、胴体部20の径方向外側へ押圧されることで補強層26に食い込むため、口金22が軸方向に沿って移動するのが抑制される。このため、軸方向に沿って口金22へ荷重が入力されると、この荷重は補強層26へ伝達されるため、口金22からライナ24へ加わる荷重が低減される。したがって、ライナ24の板厚を薄くできるので、内部の容積を減少させることなく高圧の流体を収容することができる。【選択図】図2
