PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned carrier traction system in which trucks to be trailed like basket carts are, efficiently and stably, trailed by an unmanned carrier under the condition that the plural trucks are connected each other.SOLUTION: Plural trucks to be trailed, each constituted of back frames, side frames and bottom frames that have plural pairs of freely rotatable casters fitted to their undersides, are serially arranged and an unmanned carrier has a long fork to be inserted into the space under the bottom frame and a traction driver part fixed to the front of the fork. Projected part are arranged on the underside of the bottom frame to correspond to each of the casters and the fork, when inserted, engages with the projected part, has not only guides in both sides that keep prescribed distances from the swinging range of the casters, but also a stopper part at its rear end where the truck stops and, with the motion of the traction driver, trails the plural trucks restricted by the stopper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】カゴ車等の被牽引台車を複数台連結した状態で、無人搬送車により効率良く、かつ安定的に牽引する無人搬送車牽引システムを提供する。【解決手段】背枠、側枠、底枠からなり、底枠の裏面に複数対の旋回自在なキャスターを有して複数台連なった被牽引台車と、底枠の裏側に挿入される長尺のフォークおよびこのフォークの前方に固定された牽引駆動部を有する無人搬送車を備え、底枠の裏面にキャスターに対応した突起部が設けられ、フォークは、被牽引台車への挿入時に突起部に係合してキャスターの旋回範囲と所定間隔を保つガイドを側部に有すると共に、被牽引台車に係止する係止部を後部に有し、牽引駆動部の動作により前記係止部を介して被牽引台車を牽引する。【選択図】図3
