PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting elderly wandering without having an elderly person carry an electronic device such as a mobile terminal in a facility such as a nursing home.SOLUTION: A wandering detection system that detects a wandering of a wearer wearing an identification marker 9 provided with a unique wearer identifier, comprises a terminal device 1 and a central control device 2 connected to the terminal device 1 via a network 99. The terminal device 1 includes terminal side reception means for receiving a signal indicating the wearer identifier from the identification marker 9, and transmission means for transmitting the wearer identifier received by the terminal side reception means to the central control device 2. The central control device 2 includes wandering detection means 210 for detecting the wearer's wandering based on the wearer identifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
