PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which enables the outside to recognize a high possibility that a traffic accident may be induced.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises a wireless communication unit and a control unit. The control unit makes a first determination on whether a possibility that a user may induce a traffic accident is high and, based on a result of the first determination, determines whether to transmit predetermined information to the outside via the wireless communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
