PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring capable of suppressing abrasion due to rubbing between an upper face plate and a flexible member without using a slide sheet, to improve durability.SOLUTION: An air spring includes an upper face plate 2, a lower member 3, a cylindrical flexible member 4 interposed between the upper face plate 2 and the lower member 3, and a lattice-shaped projection part 15 where a shallow groove for air vent provided on an inner surface of a molding die of the flexible member 4 is transcribed to be formed on an external surface of the flexible member 4. The projection part 15 has a plurality of vertical projection parts 15a formed radially from a central axis A of at least the flexible member 4. On the external surface of the flexible member 4, a region where the flexible member 4 and the upper face plate 2 rub against each other is a vertical projection part non-formation region 16 where the vertical projection part does not exist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】摺動シートを用いることなく、上面板と可撓部材との擦れ合いによる摩耗を抑制し、耐久性を向上させることが可能な空気ばねを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上面板2と、下側部材3と、上面板2及び下側部材3の間に介装される筒状の可撓部材4と、可撓部材4の成形金型の内面に設けられた空気抜き用の浅溝が転写して可撓部材4の外表面に形成された格子状の凸条部15とを備え、凸条部15は、少なくとも可撓部材4の中心軸Aから放射状に形成された複数の縦凸条部15aを有し、可撓部材4の外表面において、可撓部材4と上面板2とが互いに擦れ合う領域は縦凸条部が存在しない縦凸条部非形成領域16としたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図7
