PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and a mounting method for a speaker capable of improving a sound pressure of the speaker mounted on a board.SOLUTION: A speaker 1 is mounted on a printed board 32 constituting a main board for a vehicle instrument. A sound release holes 24 are provided not only on a front face 21 of the speaker 1 but also on a rear face 22 thereof. The release holes 24 on the rear face 22 are formed in a sound release hole portion 25 provided so as to project from the rear face 22. A hole 32c is formed on the board 32, and the sound release hole portion 25 is inserted into this hole 32c. A sound 6 released from the front face 21 of the speaker 1, and a sound 7 released from the rear face 22 are separated by the board 32. Further, a land is formed around the hole 32c. In a mounting process of the speaker 1, the land formed around the hole 32c is coated with solder, and then the speaker 1 is mounted on the board 32, thereafter the solder is poured from the land into the hole 32c by executing reflow, and a gap between an inner face of the hole 32c and the sound release hole portion 25 is filled with the solder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】基板に実装されたスピーカの音圧を向上できるスピーカの実装構造及び実装方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両用計器の主基板を構成するプリント基板32にスピーカ1が実装される。スピーカ1の表面21だけでなく裏面22にも放音孔24が設けられる。裏面22の放音孔24は、裏面22から突出するように設けられた放音孔部分25に形成されている。基板32には穴32cが形成されており、放音孔部分25はこの穴32cに差し込まれている。スピーカ1の表面21から放出された音6と、裏面22から放出された音7とを基板32で分離する。また、穴32cの周囲にはランドが形成されている。スピーカ1の実装工程では、穴32cの周囲に形成されたランドにはんだを塗布し、その後、基板32にスピーカ1をマウントし、その後、リフローを実施してはんだをランドから穴32cに流し込んで、穴32cの内面と放音孔部分25との隙間をはんだで埋める。【選択図】図3
