PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the deterioration of a power storage element when the power storage element is installed in an elevator car.SOLUTION: A power reception coil 13 is fitted to a car, a power transmission coil 11 is arranged at the specific stop floor of a hoistway, power is supplied in noncontact to the power reception coil 13 when the car stops at the specific floor to place the power transmission coil 11 and the power reception coil 13 to face each other, and a power storage element 14 is charged by the supplied power. This elevator device is provided with: a voltage detection unit that detects a measurement start voltage and a measurement end voltage during charging; a timing setting unit that determines the timing of detecting each voltage; and a change event extraction unit that extracts a changing event on the basis of the characteristics of the power storage element when each voltage is detected. The deterioration state of the power storage element 14 is estimated by comparing the event extracted by the change event extraction unit with a preset determination value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターの乗りかごに蓄電素子を設置した場合に、その蓄電素子の劣化を的確に判断できるようにする。【解決手段】乗りかごに受電コイル13を取り付け、昇降路の特定の停止階に送電コイル11を配置し、乗りかごが特定の階に停止して、送電コイル11と受電コイル13が対向したとき、非接触で受電コイル13に給電し、その給電電力で蓄電素子14を充電させる。そして、充電時の測定開始電圧及び測定終了電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、各電圧を検出するタイミングを決定するタイミング設定部と、各電圧を検出した際の、蓄電素子の特性に基づいて変化する事象を抽出する変化事象抽出部とを備える。この変化事象抽出部で抽出した事象と、予め設定された判定値とを比較して、蓄電素子14の劣化状態を推測する。【選択図】図1
