PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burden estimation device and burden estimation program capable of estimating burden that a user feels in a movement by multiple kinds of mobile means.SOLUTION: When a destination of a movement of a user is set, destination burden being burden of the user acquired through a history learning section 112 in transition of time-sequentially continuous multiple states where movement means included in a movement route to a destination is changed is set as a compensation. Besides, individual burden being burden that the user individually feels in a movement of the user corresponding to respective states constituting a state space is estimated through an individual burden estimation section 113 on the basis of reinforcement learning based on the compensation. When an unknown movement route is set as a movement route of the user, an aggregation value of individual burden of the user corresponding to the respective states included in an unknown movement route is estimated as destination burden in a movement of an unknown movement route through a destination burden estimation section 115.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数の移動手段による移動に際してユーザが感じる負担感を推定することのできる負担感推定装置及び負担感推定プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】ユーザの移動の目的地が設定されたとき、目的地に至る移動経路に含まれる移動手段の変更を伴う時系列的に連続した複数の状態の遷移において履歴学習部112を通じて取得したユーザの負担感である目的地負担感を報酬として設定するとともに、当該報酬に基づく強化学習により状態空間を構成する各状態に対応するユーザの移動に伴ってユーザが個別に感じる負担感である個別負担感を個別負担感推定部113を通じて推定する。そして、ユーザの移動経路として未知の移動経路が設定されたとき、未知の移動経路に含まれる各状態に対応するユーザの個別負担感の合算値を未知の移動経路の移動に際した目的地負担感として目的地負担感推定部115を通じて推定する。【選択図】図1
