PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device and the like that can provide information on estimated arrival time taking congestion information into consideration even if a communication environment with a server device gets bad after start of route guidance.SOLUTION: A terminal device capable of communicating with the outside receives required time information indicating a required time for a link only about the link included in a route to a destination from the outside, calculates estimated arrival time to the destination on the basis of the required time information, and if effective required time information cannot be received at present time, calculates the estimated arrival time on the basis of statistical data on the required time information on the link (S7 to S13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】経路案内開始後にサーバ装置との通信環境が悪くなった場合でも、渋滞情報を考慮した到着予想時刻の情報を提供できる端末装置等を提供する。【解決手段】外部と通信可能な端末装置であって、目的地への経路に含まれるリンクについてのみ、当該リンクの所要時間を示す所要時間情報を外部から受信し、所要時間情報に基づいて、目的地への到着予定時刻を算出し、現在時刻において有効な所要時間情報が受信できていない場合に、リンクにおける所要時間情報の統計データに基づいて到着予定時刻を算出する(S7からS13)。【選択図】図7
