PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a conductive material which can prevent electric corrosion and can secure temporal reliability even when a resin molding containing carbon fibers and the conductive material are fixed.SOLUTION: A fixing structure includes a resin molding 10 containing carbon fibers, a conductive material 20 which is arranged on one side surface of the resin molding 10 and of which a surface on other side opposite to the resin molding 10 is covered with a first insulator 22, and a blind nut 30 which is inserted in through holes 11, 21 formed on the resin molding 10 and the conductive material 20. The blind nut 30 includes a cylindrical part 31, a flange part 32 positioned on an end part on one side of the cylindrical part 31, and a plastic deformation part 33 which is positioned on an end part on the other side of the cylindrical part 31 and of which a diameter is enlarged by buckling. Outer peripheries of the cylindrical part 31 and the plastic deformation part 33 are covered with a second insulator 35. The resin molding 10 and the conductive material 20 are held by the flange part 32 and the plastic deformation part 33, and a surface on the other side of the flange part 32 is in contact with the conductive material 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】炭素繊維を含む樹脂成型品と導電材とを固定する場合においても電食が生じることを防止でき、経時的信頼性を確保できる導電材の固定構造を提供すること。【解決手段】炭素繊維を含む樹脂成型品10と、樹脂成型品10の一側の面上に配置され少なくとも樹脂成型品10と対向する他側の面が第1絶縁体22で覆われた導電材20と、樹脂成型品10及び導電材20に形成された貫通孔11,21に挿通されるブラインドナット30とを備える。ブラインドナット30は、円筒状部31と、円筒状部31の一側の端部に位置するフランジ部32と、円筒状部31の他側の端部に位置し座屈により拡径された塑性変形部33と、を有する。円筒状部31及び塑性変形部33の外周が第2絶縁体35で覆われ、樹脂成型品10及び導電材20がフランジ部32及び塑性変形部33によって挟持され、フランジ部32の他側の面は導電材20と接触している。【選択図】図1
