PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and efficiently control traffic lights for construction when a plurality of traffic control person staff carry respective operation terminals.SOLUTION: When controlling traffic lights for construction 10 provided in a construction section by using a main operation terminal 20 and a sub operation terminal 30 carried respectively by a main traffic control person and a sub traffic control person, a traffic control system controls display of signal states of the traffic lights for construction 10 and a congestion state around the construction section on display operation parts of the main operation terminal 20 and sub operation terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
