PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road improvement part extraction program capable of extracting a road section with a high probability of occurrence of an accident and/or congestion.SOLUTION: An extraction program allows a computer to perform processing including: acquiring travel information including position, time, and speed information from multiple vehicles; classifying travel information into a first vehicle group and a second vehicle group; and extracting a road section where the speed of the second vehicle group is affected by the first vehicle group on the basis of travel information in a predetermined area and a predetermined period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
