PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of obtaining sufficient cooling performance even when the device tilts by disposing an introduction pipe at an approximately acute angle to a heat receiving plate.SOLUTION: A heat receiving section 8 includes: a heat receiving plate 12 coming into contact with a semi-conductor switching element 6 that is a heating element to absorb heat; a heat receiving cover 14 covering the surface of the heat receiving plate 12 to form a heat receiving space 13 for evaporating a refrigerant 10 caused to flow in; an inflow port 15 for causing a condensed refrigerant 10 to flow into the heat receiving space 13; and a discharge port 16 for discharging the refrigerant 10 from the heat receiving space 13. A circulation path 11 comprises a heat radiation path 11a and a return path 11b. The heat radiation path 11a connects the discharge port 16 and a heat radiating element 17 of a heat radiating section 9, and the return path 11b connects the heat radiating element 17 of the heat radiating section 9 and the inflow port 15. An inclined introduction pipe 23a provided on the heat receiving space 13 side of the inflow port 15 is disposed on the heat receiving plate 12 at an approximately acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明は、受熱板に対して導入管を略鋭角に配することで、装置が傾いた場合でも充分な冷却性能が得られる冷却装置を実現することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】受熱部8は、発熱体である半導体スイッチング素子6に接触させて熱を吸収する受熱板12と、この受熱板12の表面を覆い、流れ込んだ冷媒10を蒸発させる受熱空間13を形成する受熱カバー14と、受熱空間13に凝縮した冷媒10を流し込む流入口15と、受熱空間13から冷媒10を排出する排出口16を備え、循環経路11は放熱経路11aと帰還経路11bとからなり、放熱経路11aは排出口16と放熱部9の放熱体17とを接続し、帰還経路11bは放熱部9の放熱体17と流入口15を接続し、流入口15の受熱空間13側に設けた、傾斜導入管23aは、受熱板12に略鋭角に配置した。【選択図】図4
