PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability by easily replacing a damping valve in a damper for a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A piston 8 connected with a piston rod 9, is inserted into a cylinder 2 in which an oil liquid is sealed, and damping force is generated by controlling flow of the oil liquid generated by movement of the piston 8, by extension-side and compression-side damping valves 17, 18 with respect to stroke of the piston rod 9. A cartridge structure is formed by integrating the extension-side and compression-side damping valves 17, 18, and detachably mounted in a valve bore of a valve block 16 mounted on a side portion of the cylinder 2. By applying the cartridge structure of the extension-side and compression-side damping valves 17, 18, separation and dispersion of components in attaching/detaching is prevented, and maintainability is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鉄道車両用ダンパにおいて、減衰バルブを容易に交換可能として、メンテナンス性を向上させる。【解決手段】油液が封入されたシリンダ2内に、ピストンロッド9が連結されたピストン8を挿入し、ピストンロッド9のストロークに対して、ピストン9の移動によって生じる油液の流れを伸び側及び縮み側減衰弁17、18によって制御して減衰力を発生させる。伸び側及び縮み側減衰弁17、18をそれぞれ一体化したカートリッジ構造とし、シリンダ2の側部に取付けられたバルブブロック16のバルブボアに着脱可能に取付ける。伸び側及び縮み側減衰弁17、18をカートリッジ構造としたことにより、着脱時に構成部品が分離してばらばらになることがないので、メンテナンス性が向上する。【選択図】図1
