PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to prevent a normal place from being erroneously detected as an abnormal place because of an error of alignment caused by existence of a mobile object when detecting an abnormal place in a peripheral environment of a vehicle which runs along a track (for example, a rail track).SOLUTION: A system to patrol facilities comprises an imaging device to image peripheral environment of a vehicle running along a track, a storage device to store reference alignment places group and reference difference sampling places group at every location along the track, an alignment region separator part to separate the alignment places group from three-dimensional places group acquired from the images, an alignment part to align the alignment places group with the reference alignment places group and to output the alignment information and a difference sampling part to sample the difference between the three-dimensional places group deformed by the alignment information and the reference difference sampling places group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本発明は、軌道(例えば、線路)上を移動する車両の周辺環境の異常個所を検出する際に、移動物体の有無による位置合せのずれに起因して正常な個所が異常個所として検知されるのを防ぐ技術を提供する。【解決手段】設備巡視システムは、軌道上を移動する車両の周辺環境の画像を撮影する撮影装置と、前記軌道上の位置ごとに参照位置合せ点群及び参照差分抽出点群を格納する記憶装置と、前記画像から得られた三次元点群から位置合せ点群を分離する位置合せ領域分離部と、前記参照位置合せ点群と前記位置合せ点群とを位置合せし、位置合せ情報を出力する位置合せ部と、前記位置合せ情報によって変形された前記三次元点群と前記参照差分抽出点群との差分を抽出する差分抽出部とを備える。【選択図】図2
