PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a luggage side trim capable of assembling the luggage side trim having a broad area preferably into a vehicle panel.SOLUTION: In a luggage side trim 30 including a wall part 39 extending in a vehicle width direction, an opening 80 is formed on the wall part 39, and a slit 90 is provided from an opening upper end 81 of the opening 80 toward the upper side and the cabin sideward outside. The luggage side trim 30 can be assembled into a vehicle panel 2 by inserting its upper end 30U from the lower side of a U-arm 20 and a damper 22, and further by sliding the upper end 30U to the upper side and the cabin sideward outside so that the damper 22 is inserted from the slit 90 to the opening 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
