PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir tank capable of suppressing leak of working fluid from a filter by a simpler constitution; and to provide a filter for the reservoir tank.SOLUTION: A reservoir tank includes a tank body (30) for storing working fluid inside, a working fluid injection port (30c) for supplying the working fluid into the tank body (30), and a cylindrical filter (40) having a collection member (45S, 45B) provided below the working fluid injection port (30c), for collecting a foreign matter in the working fluid to a side part or to a bottom. The filter (40) has a lid part (42) on an upper part, and the lid part (42) has an opening (42a) for injecting the working fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
