PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile carriage that enables safety traveling and safety stop in a sloping land and is suitable for remote control operation.SOLUTION: A mobile carriage 10 is provided by arranging in parallel: hydraulic motors 16A, 16B for independently driving left and right wheels; left and right pilot check valves 54A, 54B connected to the hydraulic motors; left and right electromagnetic switching valves 53A, 53B connected to the pilot check valves; left and right relief valves 52A, 52B connected to the electromagnetic switching valves; and left and right electromagnetic proportion flow priority valves 51A, 51B connected to the relief valves. One supply connection port 51B1 of the left and right electromagnetic proportion flow priority valves is connected to a hydraulic pump 15 for traveling, and also a surplus stream take-out port 51B3 is connected to a supply connection port 51A1 of the other electromagnetic proportion flow priority valve. Respective priority stream take-out ports 51A2, 51B2 of the left and right electromagnetic proportion flow priority valves are connected to the hydraulic motors 16A, 16B through the left and right relief valves, the electromagnetic switching valves and the pilot check valves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
