PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption material attachment structure which improves the workability when a sound absorption material is attached to a vehicle interior material and achieves improvement of moldability.SOLUTION: A sound absorption material attachment structure G of a cargo chamber floor plate 10 includes: a plate-like base material part 11 having a through hole 12; a leg part 13 which continues into a part of a peripheral edge of the through hole 12 of the base material part 11 and protrudes from a rear surface of the base material part 11; and a head part 14 laterally protruding from a tip of the leg part 13 to the through hole 12 side. The head part 14 is disposed so as to be fitted in the through hole 12 when viewed in an axial direction of the through hole 12. The head part 14 has a conical shape guide surface 14a which tapers in a direction away from the base material part 11. The guide surface 14a is configured to guide a slit S of a sound absorption material 20 to the leg part 13. In a state where the leg part 13 is inserted into the slit S of the sound absorption material 20, a surface of the sound absorption material 20 which is opposite to the base material part 11 is engaged with the head part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 車両用内装材に吸音材を取り付ける際の作業性を高めるとともに、成形性を向上させた吸音材取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】荷室床板10の吸音材取付構造Gは、貫通孔12を有する板状の基材部11と、基材部11の貫通孔12の周縁の一部に連なり、基材部11の裏面から突出する脚部13と、脚部13の先端から側方に貫通孔12側に突出する頭部14と、を備える。頭部14は、貫通孔12の軸線方向から見たとき貫通孔12内に収まるように配置されている。頭部14は基材部11から離れるにしたがって先細をなす錐形状のガイド面14aを有する。ガイド面14aが吸音材20のスリットSを脚部13へと案内するようになっている。脚部13が吸音材20のスリットSに挿通された状態で、吸音材20の基材部11と反対側の面が頭部14に係止される。【選択図】 図3
