PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite mounting/discharging mechanism, having multiple support plates respectively mounted with multiple satellites, capable of discharging the satellites while preventing the satellites from colliding against each other as well as adjusting discharge angles of the satellites, and spacecraft having the same.SOLUTION: A satellite mounting/discharging mechanism 10 comprises: a satellite mount plate 12, which holds multiple detachably attached satellites 2 on both sides of a virtual plane 11 perpendicular to an axis Z-Z of a rocket, respectively, at a mount position of the satellites 2 (2b); and a rotary shaft 16, which is fixed to the satellite mount plate 12, and has an axis center Ya perpendicular to the axis Z-Z in the virtual plane 11; and a rotation drive device 20, which rotationally drives the rotary shaft 16 about the axis center Ya.
