PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving device including a plurality of voltage converters in which the driving efficiency of a motor is improved by estimating the system loss of the entire device accurately.SOLUTION: A motor driving device comprises: a driving circuit for driving a motor; a plurality of voltage converters, each of which converts voltage between the driving circuit and a power storage device; an electric current sensor for detecting electric current supplied to each of the voltage converters; a voltage sensor for detecting voltage applied to each of the voltage converters; and a controller for controlling the plurality of voltage converters so as to output the total power of a command power and a system loss at a distribution ratio that reduces the total loss of the plurality of voltage converters by estimating the system loss of the entire device on the basis of a real power of the motor obtained from the value detected by the electric current sensor and the voltage sensor, a difference between the real power and a command power obtained from a command value to the motor, and a parameter indicating a response lag of the value detected by the electric current sensor and the voltage sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
