PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positional accuracy when a bolt is screwed into a nut in order to mount a target member on a vehicle body frame, by ensuring accuracy in respective positions of a tube nut and an insertion hole for a member on the side where the target member is mounted, and also to provide a vehicular-member mounting structure suitable for mass production.SOLUTION: While accuracy in the respective positions of an internal thread 68 of a tube nut 64 and a first insertion hole 67 formed in a reinforcement member 66 are kept ensured, the reinforcement member 66 and the tube nut 64 are first welded at an upper end part of the tube nut 64 in the vehicle vertical direction (axial direction), which is near a vehicular-member mounting position for a bolt 60. Thereby, the influence of weld strain on accuracy in the positions of the female thread 68 and the reinforcement member 66 is hindered. Accordingly, positional accuracy can be improved when the bolt 60 for mounting a lower arm 10 on a front suspension member 12 is screwed into the tube nut 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】被取付部材を取り付ける側の部材の挿通孔とチューブナットとの位置精度を確保することにより、被取付部材を車体フレームに取り付けるためにボルトをチューブナットに螺入する際の位置精度を高精度にするとともに、大量生産に適した車両用部材取付構造を提供すること。【解決手段】チューブナット64の雌ねじ68と補強部材66に形成された第1挿通孔67の位置精度が確保されたうえで、ボルト60の車両用部材の取り付け位置に近いチューブナット64の車両上下方向(軸方向)上端部において補強部材66とチューブナット64をはじめに溶接することにより、雌ねじ68と補強部材66の位置精度に対する溶接ひずみの影響を抑制している。このため、ロアアーム10をフロントサスペンションメンバ12に取り付けるためのボルト60をチューブナット64に螺入する際の位置精度を向上させることができる。【選択図】図3
