PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cleaning maintenance frequency of an intake filter by devising the arrangement of the intake filter for purifying intake air to an engine in a sulky lawn mower in which a large quantity of dust is generated.SOLUTION: A sulky lawn mower in which an engine 13 is mounted in the rear part of a vehicle body frame 12, and lawn mowed by a mower 1 installed in the front part of the vehicle body frame 12 is sucked with a blower 2, sent to a collector 3 in the rear part of a driver seat 4, and accumulated there is provided with a pre-filter 75 for subjecting intake air to an intake filter 74 of the engine 13 to primary purification, on a guard pillar 26 erected between the driver seat 4 and the collector 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】塵挨が多く発生する乗用芝刈機において、エンジンへの吸気を浄化する吸気フィルタの配置を工夫することで、吸気フィルタの掃除メンテナンス頻度を少なくすること。【解決手段】車体フレーム12の後部にエンジン13を搭載し、車体フレーム12の前部に装備したモアー1で刈り取る芝生をブロワ2で吸引して運転席4後部のコレクタ3に送り集積する乗用芝刈機において、運転席4とコレクタ3の間に立設するガード支柱26にエンジン13の吸気フィルタ74への吸気を一次浄化するプレフィルタ75を設けたことを特徴とする乗用芝刈機とする。【選択図】図1
