PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cylinder to be fixed to a derricking member without taking time and labor.SOLUTION: A cylinder fixing device in a working machine has an engagement member 2 and a bracket 3, the engagement member 2 being provided at a distal end of a rod 38a of a cylinder 38 and in which an outer shape seen from an axial direction of the rod 38a is larger than an outer shape of the rod 38a, and the bracket 3 being provided at a mast 33, being capable of housing the engagement member 2 when an expansion and contraction length of the rod 38a of the cylinder 38 arranged along the mast 33 is contracted to a predetermined length, and having a gap 3a. The gap 3a is formed in a swing direction of the cylinder 38 through which the rod 38a can pass. Moreover, the gap 3a is formed narrower than the smallest width of the engagement member 2 in a radial direction of the rod 38a to regulate passage of the engagement member 2 housed in the bracket 3 through the swing direction of the cylinder 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15A
