PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire information acquisition device which can reduce a load to a rubber pedestal and a tire information acquisition device with a rubber pedestal excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A tire information acquisition device 10 comprises: a power source part 12; a sensor module having a sensor 14 for acquiring information of a tire; and a housing 13 for storing the power source part 12 and the sensor module, and the tire information acquisition device is installed on a tire inner surface. The housing 13 comprises: a tabular bottom part 13a whose one surface is attached to the tire inner surface, and to whose other surface, the power source part 12 and the sensor module are attached; and covering parts 13b, 13c which are connected to the bottom part 13a and cover the power source part 12 and the sensor module. The sensor module is formed of first and second module parts 11A, 11B arranged on both sides of the power source part 12, and the first module part and second module part 11A, 11B and the power source part 12 are arranged along a direction vertical to the tire radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
