PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly simplify a structure and reduce cost, and furthermore allow a reduction in length in a width direction and improvement in distribution efficiency of refrigerant to be obtained.SOLUTION: In an evaporator 7, at least a side face at one end side of an evaporator body 13 is constituted of: a first side plate 17 positioned at an outside; and a second side plate 18 positioned at an inside of the first side plate 17. The evaporator includes a branch part 21 capable of distributing refrigerant 2 from an outside at one end side of the evaporator body 13 into a first evaporator 11 and a bypass passage 16. The branch part 21 is constituted of the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
