PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap valve device capable of easily assembling a spring member, and improving assembling workability of the flap valve device.SOLUTION: A flap valve device 10 has a main body portion 20, a valve element 40, a spring member for energizing the valve element 40 in a closing direction toward one end opening portion 23, when the valve element 40 is opened from one end opening portion 23 of the main body portion 20, a supporting shaft 31 disposed on the main body portion 20, and a bearing portion 45 disposed on the valve element 40, and receiving the supporting shaft 31 to openably and closably journal the valve element 40. The spring member is composed of a coil spring 60, a first supporting portion for supporting one end 61 of the coil spring 60 is formed on an outer periphery of the main body portion 20, and a second supporting portion for supporting the other end 63 of the coil spring 60, is formed on the valve element 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】バネ部材を簡単に組付けることでき、フラップ弁装置の組付け作業性を向上させることができる、フラップ弁装置を提供する。【解決手段】このフラップ弁装置10は、本体部20と、弁体40と、本体部20の一端開口部23から弁体40が開いたときに、弁体40を一端開口部23に向けて閉じる方向に付勢するバネ部材と、本体部20に設けられた支軸31と、弁体40に設けられ、支軸31を受け入れて弁体40を開閉可能に軸支する軸受部45とを有しており、バネ部材はコイルバネ60からなり、本体部20の外周には、コイルバネ60の一端61を支持する第1支持部が形成され、弁体40には、コイルバネ60の他端63を支持する第2支持部が形成されている。【選択図】図6
