PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire member having high abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a tire member which comprises: (i) a step of mixing carbon black, a dispersion solvent and a rubber latex solution to produce a carbon black-containing rubber latex solution; (ii) a step of coagulating the carbon black-containing rubber latex solution to produce a carbon black-containing rubber coagulated product; (iii) a step of dehydrating the black-containing rubber coagulated product to produce a rubber wet master batch while adding a compound exemplified by sodium (2Z)-4-[4-aminophenyl)amino]-4-oxo-2-butenoate containing an alkali metal salt structure of an amino group, a benzene ring, an amide group, an alkenyl group and carboxylic acid to the carbon black-containing rubber coagulated product and dispersing the compound in the carbon black-containing rubber coagulated product containing moisture; and (iv) a step of adding carbon black and the compound to the rubber wet master batch, followed by dry-mixing.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】高い耐摩耗性を有するタイヤ部材の製造方法。【解決手段】カーボンブラック、分散溶媒及びゴムラテックス溶液を混合し、カーボンブラック含有ゴムラテックス溶液を製造する工程(i)と、カーボンブラック含有ゴムラテックス溶液を凝固し、カーボンブラック含有ゴム凝固物を製造する工程(ii)と、カーボンブラック含有ゴム凝固物にアミノ基とベンゼン環とアミド基とアルケニル基とカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩構造を含む(2Z)−4−[(4−アミノフェニル)アミノ]−4−オキソ−2−ブテン酸Naで例されるの化合物を添加し、水分を含んだカーボンブラック含有ゴム凝固物中で前記化合物を分散させつつ、カーボンブラック含有ゴム凝固物を脱水し、ゴムウエットマスターバッチを製造する工程(iii)と、ゴムウエットマスターバッチに、更に、カーボンブラックと前記化合物を加えて、乾式混合する工程(iv)を含むタイヤ部材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
