PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire member capable of obtaining a vulcanized rubber having low heat generation property and a high tensile product (fracture resistance).SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a tire member which comprises: (i) a step of mixing carbon black (hereinafter, CB), a dispersion solvent and a rubber latex solution to produce a CB-containing rubber latex solution; (ii) a step of coagulating the CB-containing rubber latex solution to produce a CB-containing rubber coagulated product; (iii) a step of dehydrating the CB-containing rubber coagulated product while adding a compound represented by the formula (I) to the CB-containing rubber coagulated product and dispersing the compound represented by the formula (I) in the CB-containing rubber coagulated product containing moisture to produce a rubber wet master batch (hereinafter, MB); and (iv) a step of adding calcium carbonate surface-treated with an organic material to MB, followed by dry-mixing.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】低発熱性、および高い抗張積(耐破壊特性)を有する加硫ゴムが得られるタイヤ部材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】カーボンブラック(以下CB)、分散溶媒、及びゴムラテックス溶液を混合して、CB含有ゴムラテックス溶液を製造する工程(i)と、CB含有ゴムラテックス溶液を凝固して、CB含有ゴム凝固物を製造する工程(ii)と、CB含有ゴム凝固物に式(I)で表される化合物を添加し、水分を含んだCB含有ゴム凝固物中で式(I)で表される化合物を分散させつつ、CB含有ゴム凝固物を脱水して、ゴムウエットマスターバッチ(以下MB)を製造する工程(iii)と、MBに、有機材料によって表面処理された炭酸カルシウムを加えて、乾式混合する工程(iv)と、を含むタイヤ部材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
